Sign up for our new beginner class term starting in may. You’ll learn the basics of trx and progress through a series of challenging suspended bodyweight exercises. You’ll be the envy of all your friends when you can complete a series of complex training moves with ease!
Each class will help to increase your mobility, strength, body composition, increase your cardiovascular fitness and confidence to name a few! You will be training with other awesome people at the same level you are so there’s no pressure only support.
With no drop ins allowed you’ll also be safe in the knowledge that your progression wont be hindered by interruptions.
This course starts 5th of May and runs for 4 weeks (8 Classes) every Tuesday and Thursday.
